Christina Aguilera has revealed that she has moved on from her latest album Bionic. The LP - Aguilera's first in four years - peaked at number one in the UK with the lowest opening-week sales for an album ever. It dropped to number 29 the following week.
Christina ha confirmado el flop que todos sabíamos y que había bajado los brazos y tirado la toalla antes incluso de que el disco estuviera en los estores. Y que ni reedicion ni historias.
Speaking at a press conference for her new movie Burlesque, she said: "The creative process that involved Bionic is over, I did what I wanted to do and I'm satisfied with it. If the album sells or if the songs are a hit, I don't care and I don't need to know it, I did my part and I gave 100% while I was doing it, and I'm proud of this work."
En un primer plano Christina se centra en Gay: The Movie porque no le ve otra salida a Bionic. Realmente de una manera velada quiere decir que es todo culpa de la discografica que no ha sabido promocionar el disco ni a ella y que han hundido el disco. Que ella no haya hecho mas que una semana de promoción y una entrevista donde le daba un corte a alguien que tosía no ha tenido nada que ver. Evidentemente. Existe un tercer plano aun mas imperceptible me pregunto si Christina se queja de que la obligaron a hacer cosas que no quería para este disco para luego desentenderse de ellas.

Ahora sí quiere hacer promoción y tardar menos en sacar el siguiente disco. Hasta ella le ha visto las orejas al lobo.
